These are just sample menus to give a flavour of the wonderful range of gourmet offerings using fresh Islay produce. You can also choose from a wide range of seafood, lamb, beef, chicken and pheasant dishes together with vegetarian choices and scrummy puddings.
The chef service is in high demand so it’s wise to book well-ahead to avoid disappointment. Vegetarian and vegan options are available on request. Special dietary requirements can be catered for.
